Howl Multisports is an open water swimming venue based in Eastleigh Hampshire.
Howl Multisports, established in 2016, is a premier open water swimming venue located in Eastleigh, Hampshire. Nestled in the picturesque Lakeside Country Park, our venue is conveniently situated just off the M27 at junction 5, near Southampton Airport Parkway train station.
Our swimming season runs from April to the end of September, with sessions available on Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings:
- Thursday: 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM (end time may vary based on light conditions)
- Saturday: 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM

Safety is our top priority; our fully qualified open water lifeguards are always on hand to assist you. If you have any questions or need help, don't hesitate to ask!
Additionally, we regularly test the lake's water quality to ensure it is safe for swimming.
